SHIPPING, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

SHIPPING

Fulfillment
We will try to ship your order within 24 business hours of receiving it.

Orders placed after our daily fulfillment on Fridays and over the weekend/ holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Our facilities do not work on weekends and holidays.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled by sending a cancellation mail to contact@strobeprops.com Please ensure that you mention at least one of the following in your cancellation mail: 

  • Your order number
  • Name under which order was placed
  • Email address mentioned in your order.

Order Cancellation Window

Orders placed on week days (Monday 9 am CST to Friday 4 PM CST) can be cancelled within three (3) hours of placing the order. Orders placed over the weekend can be cancelled by 9 am CST on Monday. 

Delivery

U.S. Deliveries

Due to continuing issues with Covid-19, Service Carriers are experiencing delays in scanning packages, updating tracking information, and deliveries.

All U.S. shipments are currently shipped using standard shipment mode using DHL Express, USPS, or UPS. A shipment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

 

International Deliveries

International orders are shipped from our fulfillment center vide FedEx or UPS. Our store is on Shopify and our fulfillment is done by ShipBob. At checkout you will be invoiced for FedEx shipping but the shipment could be affected by either FedEx or UPS. The final carrier is selected by the fulfilling agency on the shortest lead time.  

Tracking Information
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped, along with the tracking details. Activation of the tracking link on the USPS site may take 48-72 hours. 

RETURNS
All returns must be preapproved. That means you have to send a message to contact@strobeprops.com advising your order number, the item you are returning, along with the reason for return. This is required before shipping the item. Return shipping has to be prepaid.

We have a 7-day return policy, the merchandise must be shipped back (shipping prepaid) within 7 days of the USPS delivery date. 

Items must be in the same condition as delivered, and in the original packing to be eligible for returns. Please ensure you enclose the receipt or proof of purchase along with your return.

All shipping costs for returns are to be paid by you.
We do not accept returns with shipping collect terms.


Original Shipping costs on all orders are non-refundable.
Your refund will be processed after deducting the original shipping charges. There will be a $10 charge per return for inspection and re-stocking charges that will be deducted from the refund amount. 

REFUNDS
You will receive an email notification once your return is received and inspected. The email will also confirm the acceptance or rejection of your refund request.  

Upon approval of the refund, an automatic credit will be issued to your credit card or your original payment mode. Please note the following:

  • Your refund will be processed after deducting the original shipping charges.
  • Please allow 14 working days for the refund to reflect on your card or your bank account. 

We do not refund or replace orders that are misplaced by the shipping company.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven't received your refund in 14 working days from the date of our email, check with your bank or credit card company to see if the refund is in process.
