Prop money is the fake money that you see in movies, TV shows and videos. They are replica money notes printed on paper that looks exactly real on cameras.

They look exactly like the pictures, very close to the real stuff. By law, they have to be slightly smaller or bigger than the real currency, but the difference is marginal. The paper quality is slightly different, but visually they are almost identical to real money.

Full print means the notes are printed on both sides, just like real money.

Prop money is used in movies, TV shows, and videos in place of real money. It is also used to create review videos.
You can also use it for recreational purposes like playing poker with your friends.

These bills are not legal tender. The use of prop money for purchases is a criminal offense, and you will be liable for arrest and prosecution. Illegal use of prop money can result in up to 20 years in state prison and a fine of up to $100,000. StrobeProps will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in this regard.

We sell only new bills. New bills are bills that look and feel new, while old or aged bills have undergone a special aging process to look and feel used.

All efforts are made to ship your orders within 24 business hours.
We do not ship on weekends and on holidays.

To cancel your order please email us at contact@strobeprops.com. For orders placed on weekdays, you can cancel the order within 3 hours. For orders placed on weekends (4 pm Friday to Midnight Sunday) you can cancel by 9 am CST on Monday. 

We handle custom orders on a case-to-case basis.

We accept all major credit and debit cards or payments processed through PayPal.

Currently we do not accept payments by check.

We offer a variety of trackable shipping options. You can choose your preference from the options given at checkout.

All orders ship within 24 business hours.
Our facilities do not work on weekends and on holidays.
Orders placed after our daily fulfillment on Fridays and over the weekend/on holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

The delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose. Most orders in the US will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

Once your order is shipped, we send an email confirming the shipment along with the tracking number.
Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to get activated for USPS shipments. 
If the shipment has been marked as delivered, check your doorstep, mailbox and with neighbors. If you still do not find your package, reach out to the shipping company to get more details.

You can return the merchandise within 7 days of receiving the item.

We accept returns subject to the following conditions, without exception:

• An email must be sent to contact@strobeprops.com
• The merchandise must be in its original condition and the original packaging.
• The return must have the original invoice or proof of purchase giving order number.

• Shipping on returns is to your account and must be prepaid. We do not accept returns sent on a shipping collect basis.

All returns must comply with the above-mentioned conditions.
Any deviation from these conditions would result in automatic rejection of the return and refund.

All refunds are processed as follows:

• The shipping cost on your original order is non-refundable.
• All returns are evaluated for compliance with the return policy.
• You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return and its acceptance or rejection.
• Subject to the acceptance of your return, an automatic credit will be issued to your credit card/debit card  or PayPal account.
• All refunds are made after deducting the original shipping cost.

Please allow 14 working days from receipt of our email for the refund to reflect on your card or bank account.

In the unlikely event that you don’t receive your refund within 14 working days, please contact your bank or card company to check if the refund is in process.
